We build the networks the next decade runs on.
Cyborgin fields splicing, testing and installation crews for carriers, general contractors and hyperscale data centers across the US. Built by techs, for techs — and run on our own field-ops platform.

- SafetyOSHA-trained crews
Daily safety brief, PPE checks, stop-work authority on every site.
- VettingBackground-checked, skill-graded
Every tech carries a green / yellow / red grade per task before assignment.
- PaperworkCOI & W-9 on request
Certificate of insurance and contractor documents ready for your vendor file.
- ReportingDaily production reports
Splice counts, test results and photos from the same portal our techs clock into.
Six things we do, and do to spec.
From the closure in the field to the tray in the hall. Every job ships with labeled work, test data and photos.
Fiber Splicing
Single-fiber and ribbon fusion splicing in closures, cabinets, MDFs and cast-in-place trays. Clean work, labeled and photographed.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Bi-directional OTDR, OLTS loss testing, VFL fault finding and end-face inspection. Traces delivered per strand with pass/fail closeout.
FTTH Residential Installation
Aerial and buried drops, ONT installs, activations and customer education. Production-tracked, one-visit-done.
Data Center Patching & Dressing
MPO/MTP and LC patching, tray dressing, cassette builds and rack-to-rack trunks inside hyperscale and colo halls.
Structured Cabling
Cat6/6A pulls, terminations, certification and labeling for campuses, industrial sites and new construction.
IP Security Cameras
Camera placement, PoE cabling, NVR setup and commissioning for yards, warehouses and multi-tenant sites.
From technicians to trusted infrastructure partners.
Cyborgin was founded by field technicians who spent years in splice trailers, cable trays and data-center halls. We know what a clean closure looks like, what a bad cleave costs, and why a closeout package that arrives late is worth nothing.
Today we staff and run fiber splicing, OTDR/OLTS testing, FTTH installation and data-center cabling crews across the United States, and we run every one of them on our own field-ops platform: geofenced clock-in, per-fiber test tracking, daily production reports.
That is what partners get: crews that show up trained, report live, and hand over a documented, measured network.
How we work.
Three steps from your scope to a closed-out, documented site.
- Event 01
Scope the work
Send us the route, rack count or drop list. We reply with crew size, timeline and a per-unit or hourly proposal — usually within 48 hours.
- Event 02
Mobilize a vetted crew
Techs are skill-graded (green/yellow/red per task), background-checked and geofenced to your site. Leads run the daily huddle and safety brief.
- Event 03
Report daily, close out clean
Daily production reports, splice counts, test results and photos flow through our portal. Closeout package delivered per strand and per rack.
Splicers, testers, FTTH installers — we are hiring nationwide.
Weekly pay, per diem on travel projects, pro-grade gear with lease-to-own, and leads who have done the job themselves.
Where we are working now.
Active project regions plus states where we have recently deployed. Don't see yours? We travel — most crews rotate on multi-week schedules with lodging and per diem.
